nice

holy crap voice acting! i have to say this was a witty idea

Jimtopia responds:

Thanks

wonderful start

that was a very good first flash, as everyone else has said. its a good topic and a sad one at that. i look forward to seeing what you can do when your skills improve.
and by the way, nice choice of music, Gravity is one of my personal favorites right next to Blue from the cowboy bebop OST
5/5 10/10 for such a good start in your animation career

Draconianspirit responds:

thank you very much! Your kind words are appreciated, and thank you for the wonderful scores. :-)

really good

it was well made and funny. pretty short but would be a good intro to that competition

very nice

it reminds me of and old animated movie about a mongoose that saves a family from cobras. i cant remember the name of it but it has a good likeness to this story. i like it alot and the animation was pretty solid :D

good story

i liked it, my only complaint is that the sound was so low i couldnt hear you ^^; i suggest fixing the volume. good work though

Virgilcomic responds:

Thanks. If I can find a better narrator, I will try that.

i like it

well it looks really simple but i can tell you atleast have a creative mind and can make a good flash :D keep it up

Yoruichi responds:

thanks, i am still newish to flash and i hope you will look forward to my improved works ^^

disapointed

this had nothing to do with the author comments. it was a loop of a mario-ish character walking around and some so so graphics poping up here hand there. really just a boring loop.
2/10 for the smoothness of the loop but some taken off for the missleading comment and the fact that its really just a loop of a blue mario walking around the world.

that was really good

the art was better then most of the stuff that trys to get into the portal :D the story was funny and very Azumanga Daiohish. i liked it :D
i would like to see more animation though. handy thing you may not have known, being new to flash and all, right below the timeline there are little box buttons. one of them is the onioin layer button. try drawing something simple and making the next frame a blank keyframe and turn the onion layer on. its pretty much like using a light table and is really good for frame by frame.
keep up the flashing, id love to see more :D
